Past 2 weeks I have not been able to book for my executive in first class.  I keep getting an error: The reservation system was unable to price the flights you have selected.  The reservation system encountered a problem quoting your selected flights. No more detailed information is available. 

I'm trying to avoid using the agent fee to book flights but Concur is not giving me the price or option to book. Has anyone encountered this issue?
