I received an e-mail from Concur telling me that my hotel was cancelled and then I was charged twice

Hi, Last Wednesday 1st of March, I received an e-mail from: Travel@concursolutions.com.

Telling me that my hotel was cancelled. It said: 

NOTICE! THE FOLLOWING TRIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

The trip has not been completed and has not been modified in the past 6 hours as of: 2023 March 01, Wednesday 06:06 pm Eastern.

 

Since I received that e-mail, I went and booked the same hotel again since I needed it for that day. Then, last Friday I was charged twice, and I am being charged for the hotel that I was told it was cancelled. Can you please help me to know what should I do or with whom should I speak? Thanks.
