Hello,

I support several executives who have "Unused Tickets" in their Concur profiles.  However, when the credit has been applied to another flight, it continues to show up in their "Unused Credits" even though it's been applied/used.  How long does it take for "Unused Tickets" that have been used before they disappear from SAP/Concur?  Some were applied months ago but still show as unused which is far from ideal.
