Is there a posibility in Concur to deduct Credit Card transaction value from Per Diem ?

In our company once employee received per diem then it is not allowed to use Credit Card to pay for meals/drinks etc.

Is it possible to somehow deduct from Per Diem amount the amount from Credit Card transaction ?

For example employee paid 20 Euro for Meal and this amount would be deducted from overall Per Diem amount ?
