I booked a hotel through Concur and it says "Status: Booked directly in Amex Direct". I click the button to cancel it and select that I agree to the cancellation policy, but it just refreshes and still shows the booking. I've tried to call the hotel, but it says that it was booked through a third party and will need to cancel through that third party. How do I cancel through the third party?
