I am trying to submit a mileage claim for multiple journeys which are detailed on an attached document into concur. 

All journeys have the same start/end point so I enter that postcode into the mileage calculator. I have been able to submit all my previous claims this way with no problem and i have checked the instructions form my company. 

The calculator is giving me an error message "Route cannot be calculated. Either one of the waypoints is incorrect or route is not drivable"

This is preventing me form submitting my claim. Any ideas how to fix this?
