I chose seats when I booked travel through concur. The airline acts like they have no record of that seat assignment when I check in. End result is I get middle seats at the back of the plane when I selected aisle seats near the front of the plane weeks ago when the reservation was confirmed.  I confirmed that the seat assignment shows in concur.
