New employee getting error message when trying to book hotel

Every time our new employee, Kevin Kania tries to book a hotel, he gets the error message 'Failed to reserve room' on the app and on the website, unable to book hotel due to the following error: "option invalid for chain --/FT-". Is there something that needs to be updated in his profile? What does this error message mean? When his coworkers try to book the same hotel using the same steps it works for them.
