I'm the Administrator but was directed to "Contact my Concur Administrator for assistance"

Concur service status dashboard shows North America Data Center status as of Jun 13, 2022 9:51:06 AM Concur Expense and all other products are operating normally. However, no one from our organization is able to log in to their accounts, including myself who's the administrator.


Error message upon logging into my account: You are currently not set up to use any Concur products. Contact your Concur Administrator for assistance.
