Best Practice for Managing Employee Profiles while on a LOA
Our Audit team has asked us to suspend employee Concur profiles (both travel & expense) when they go out on a leave of absence. The only way I know how to do this is to put in a termination date however that wipes out the employees entire profile (frequent traveler numbers, etc). Is there a better way to suspend access?
