I booked four flights and selected the seats all through Concur. The emailed confirmation from Concur showed those seat selections (8C, 19D, 16D and 8D). Each was an extended leg-room seat or exit row seat as I am 6'9" tall. For some reason all but one of those seats were changed (to 11A, 19D, 17F and 11A) and I was not notified. The changed seats were all standard leg room (ouch) and window seats (even worse).
