Hello,

Hotelier here- how can we resolve issues with negotiated rates not being visible in Concur when we've confirmed they are already loaded to the GDS requested by the TMC/client.

Multiple locations are having issues with multiple clients- we get the contract, we load the rates to the GDS systems, and then get word that the rate is not visible in Concur.  Are there additional steps that we are missing? Please help.
