Concur Support SLA

Hi,

I'm looking for Concur Support SLA/turnaround time information for both Standard edition & Professional/Premium edition and can't find it anywhere. Does someone have this information or point me in the direction where I can find it. Also, if you know if the SLA varies for the Expense & Travel module?
