There is an ongoing issue that was reported by few users where the expense, approval, and reporting delegate feature is not working in Concur.

The users are not be able to delegate into the profiles at all and in some cases, they can get in as a delegate but the correct tabs are missing (Expense/Approvals/Reporting).

It also affects the Admins as well as we cannot proxy into any expense profiles and we receive an error message system cannot switch users.

What could be the issue affecting the delegate process?
