SAP Concur Manager Reporting

It seems that Concur lacks good instructions on how a manager can create custom reports for their team, or explaining which reports are available. Can someone point me to instructions on how as an operations manager can learn on which reports are available and what each is for and how to create custom reports. There seems to be many reports available that are not clear what they will actually pull.

 

As a manager of a region and using SAP Concur, I need to find clear ways to run reports below for my direct and all reports within my org chart. For example:

 

  • Run reports for specific coding items, example "Travel Meals" or "BYOD Phone" broke down by employee.
