Since a recent update to Concur I have seen some functions no longer appear to work, or work badly, so its now a pain to use, or I wonder if I need to reconfigure any settings

1. UBER app receipts no longer automatically import into my expenses, even though I have linked the app and, as far as I can see, set up for receipts

This used to work seamlessly

2. When I import any receipts the app no longer recognises them and matches them to expenses, so for example, I have a receipt for £85 parking at Heathrow airport, and it is no longer matched to an expense of £85 parking at Heathrow

3. If I purchase two items soon after one another it creates a warning that I may have duplicate claims, even when it is two different amounts, from two different shops, for two different things, and I cannot "answer" or clear the warning, so then my claim gets rejected because there is an "error"
