Overview
To help make the user experience across SAP products more modern, intuitive, and unified, we’ll be making a series of UI changes for SAP Concur solutions. The first set of updates, coming in November, will apply to navigation, the user profile, and the page footer.

Latest News
Call to Action home page banner
Starting in January 2026, a redesigned home page banner with a new Call to Action feature will be available. This feature will provide a clear and intuitive starting place for user workflows for common tasks, such as making a request or starting a report.
The Call to Action feature will be available automatically, with no configuration or activation steps.
Note: This change does not apply to Concur Cloud for Public Sector customers at this time.
Previously Announced
Starting November 17, 2025, the set of UI changes detailed below will go live for all SAP Concur solutions.
Side-panel navigation
- A new side-panel navigation component is being introduced on the left side of the UI.
- All of the user's available Concur solutions and Admin spaces will be represented with icons.
- Users can expand the side-panel navigation with a single click to see and move among the full list of available applications and pages.
- The side panel menu is persistent across all applications and pages.
- Users can return to the home page by clicking on the SAP Concur logo.
This side panel replaces the prior design of a drop-down menu in the shell bar near the SAP Concur logo.
User Profile updates
- Important content for legal, privacy, and other topics will be moved out of the page footer and into the User Profile.
- This change is being made to surface key information in relevant areas and save users from excessive scrolling.
Removal of the page footer
- With key content moving out of the footer and into other relevant areas in the UI, the footer component is being removed.
Note: This set of UI changes set for November 17, 2025, will be mandatory with no opt-out option and will apply to all Concur customers, both Professional and Standard editions.
These changes are not directly related to Complete by SAP Concur and Amex GBT. These UI updates are standalone changes that impact both Compete and SAP Concur solutions.
