What’s new in Concur Travel?

The Q1 2026 new Concur Travel release is ready for qualifying customers, as of March 14. Updates include:

  • New air content with NDC fares being enabled on Sabre (Air Canada) and Amadeus (Singapore Airlines).
  • PNR acquisition for offline GDS NDC bookings so that agent-booked GDS NDC flights can now be imported into the new Concur Travel, thus enabling users to view all their trips in the same location, and making flights available to Concur Expense for creating and populating expense reports.
  • New direct hotel content through Hotel Connector with the integration of CTM.
  • Trip change capability for Amadeus hotel bookings (depending on hotel rate availability).
  • Flight trip changes prior to departure now allows users to make changes to their booked flights up to 4 hours prior to departure instead of 48 hours.
  • Rail alternatives to flights enable users to be advised automatically if there are rail alternatives to flights, on routes where rail travel is a relevant and reasonable alternative. This replaces the legacy air-rail comparison feature. This is currently available for Amtrak; additional rail carriers will be available in future releases.
