Starting March 26, 2026, eligible SAP Concur configurations will be auto-activated to Complete as remaining features roll out. Automatic activations to Complete will happen as features are released. Ongoing updates around Complete auto-activations will be posted here on the SAP Concur Community and in Release Notes.
Overview
Beginning March 26, 2026, eligible configurations will be activated to Complete automatically as remaining Concur Travel features are released. Over the coming months, customers will be activated when their outstanding features become available.
Please Note: The activation process will be fully automated, and future upgrade information will be provided via the SAP Concur Community site. There will not be individual customer email notifications for configurations that will be activated. The limitations and exclusions will be updated throughout the year and are included as part of the Complete Release Notes .
No action is needed by customers to activate Complete. Customers who move to Complete will continue to use the same logins and passwords as their other SAP Concur solutions. To access the Complete mobile app, users can download it from the iOS or Android App Stores and sign in using their SAP Concur credentials or via SSO, once available.

Eligibility
Eligibility is at the travel configuration level because customers can be serviced by multiple Travel Management Companies (TMCs). The following conditions must be met for a travel configuration to be eligible for Complete:
- Must be a mutual customer of SAP Concur and Amex GBT
- Travel configuration must be on (or eligible for) the new Concur Travel for Air, Hotel, and Car
- For customers serviced by multiple TMCs, only travel configurations with Amex GBT will be eligible to receive Complete.
Initially, Complete will only be available in countries where Amex GBT provides TMC services through a proprietary presence. In countries where Amex GBT operations are delivered through network partners or joint ventures, Complete is not yet available.
Based on the above, the travel configuration must be in one of the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India*, Mexico, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States.
*New Concur Travel not yet released
If a configuration does not meet the above criteria, there will be no change, and it will remain on the Concur Travel & Expense experience that it currently has.
