SAP Concur is retiring the AirPlus Virtual Cards Classic payment capability in Concur Travel as part of ongoing improvements to the travel booking and payment experience. The goal is to ensure customers have modern, reliable, and fully supported payment methods integrated with the new Concur Travel platform.
What is changing?
- AirPlus Virtual Cards Classic support ends December 12, 2025.
- Existing bookings can still use AirPlus via third-party connections (e.g. Conferma, Travelfusion, Booking.com, HRS, GDS).
- No change to AirPlus Company Account (UATP) cards used as Corporate Ghost Cards.
- Customers can disable AirPlus Virtual Cards Classic before the retirement date.
