If you are looking for end user help resources you will be able to find them in three different places; In-product Help, SAP Learning and here on the Community in the End User Resources section. Each of these are outlined below.
In-Product Help
When signed in to your SAP Concur profile, click the ? icon in the upper-right to access the in-product Help menu. Here you will see options for all the products your company uses. Simply select the product from the drop-down menu and you'll be taken to that area of the SAP Help Portal. The direct link to each Help Portal page is listed below.
SAP Learning
SAP Learning has several learning journeys to help users become proficient in using our products. SAP Learning also provides various videos that demonstrate how to complete the basic tasks found in SAP Concur products. Visit the SAP Learning site here.
