ICS stands for Integration with Concur Solutions. It's also known as the native integration between SAP and SAP Concur solutions. ICS automates processes and synchronize data between SAP Concur solutions and other SAP business applications.
In the SAP Concur interface, ICS is only available for customers using the Professional version of SAP Concur. Concur-side ICS documentation is available at SAP Concur Integration Guides.
