How Do I Expense Multi-Page Receipts Using ExpenseIt?

You can capture a multi-page receipt, such as a hotel folio or a restaurant receipt with both a summary and itemized copy, with ExpenseIt by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go into the SAP Concur Mobile app and click Expense at the bottom of the app home screen.
  2. On the Expense screen, click the + (plus sign) in the upper-right corner. 
  3. From the menu options, select Take Photo or Add Receipt>Take Photo.
  4. When the camera turns on, tap the multi-page icon on the top of the screen (third icon from the left). The icon will turn yellow to indicate that multi-page is on.
  5. Take a photo of the first page. If your receipt includes a summary, this will go first – the pages with itemizations will follow. If you need to retake the photo, tap the trash can icon and try again.
  6. Once you have a quality photo, tap Add page.
  7. Repeat until all pages of the receipt have been captured.
  8. If you are shown a screen asking about the amount of the expense, either confirm the amount or press Incorrect to enter the correct amount.
  9. Once all pages of the receipt have been captured, press Done.

Note: While you can capture up to nine pages, ExpenseIt will only analyze up to three pages – the first two pages and the last page.
