To attach an additional receipt to an expense that already contains a receipt image on the SAP Concur mobile app, follow these steps:
Android OS:
- Sign in to the SAP Concur mobile application.
- On the landing page of the application, select Expense at the bottom of the page.
- Select the expense report and go into the expense entry to which you need to attach multiple receipts.
- Click on the receipt image.
- Press the three dots in the upper-right.
- Select Append.
- Select one of the following four available options:
- Take Photo (turns on your mobile phone's camera) go to Step 8
- Upload Photo (go to step 10)
- Upload File (go to step 10)
- Choose Available Receipt (go to step 10)
- Take picture of receipt.
- Select Done.
- Select the receipt image or file to be uploaded.
- The image attaches to the entry.
iOS:
- Sign in to the SAP Concur mobile application.
- On the landing page of the application, select Expense at the bottom of the page.
- Select the expense report and go into the expense entry to which you need to attach an additional receipt.
- Press the receipt image at the top of the screen.
- Press the plus (+) icon in the upper-right.
- Select one of the following four available options:

Take Photo (turns on your mobile phone's camera) go to step 7.

Upload Photo (go to step 11)
- Upload File (go to step 11)

Choose Available Receipt (go to step 11)
- Aim camera at receipt image and take a picture.
- The receipt image displays. Crop as needed.
- Press the checkmark in the upper-right.
- The final receipt image displays. Press the checkmark in the upper-right. (skip to step 12)
- Select the receipt image or file to be uploaded.
- Once the image has been uploaded, press the receipt image (this will open the image).
- You can swipe left to view the second image or select the thumbnail images at the bottom of the screen to view all receipts.
