How Do I Apply Unused Ticket Credits to My Upcoming Trip?

An unused ticket credit is applied by your company’s travel management agency at the time of ticketing, if the rule policy allows. Please note that SAP Concur cannot guarantee that the ticket credit will be applied to your reservation as it is the agency's responsibility to apply credits when ticketing.

 

To apply your unused ticket credit:

 

  1. Proceed to the final page of your trip booking.
  2. On the reservation page, check the box for "Show Comments to Agent."
  3. Add a comment with your unused ticket number.
  4. Complete your reservation.
  5. Upon completion, the travel management agency is notified when there is an unused ticket on file to be applied to the reservation.

Note: 

  • Not all unused tickets can be applied to a new trip.  (It is important for the agency to read the rules and confirm the fare rules on the original ticket to determine the eligibility and the unused value of the ticket)
  • Unused tickets cannot be applied to an existing trip if the trip has already been ticketed.
  • If allowed by your company’s configuration, travelers can add Southwest Airlines ticket credits by clicking the Add Ticket Credit option in the User Profile.
