How Do I Add/Remove an Expense Delegate in SAP Concur?

Delegates are employees who are allowed to perform work on behalf of other employees. Delegates can be added and removed within your SAP Concur profile by clicking your initials near the upper right-hand corner. Select Profile Settings and then click Expense Delegates found under Expense Settings. Here you can add, manage or delete Delegates, as well as manage what they are able to do and for how long.

 

To add a delegate:

  1. From the Delegates screen, click Add.
  2. In the search field that appears, type the last name of the employee you wish to add as a delegate.
  3. When the full name appears based on the search, click the employee's name.
  4. Select the checkboxes of the responsibilities you want to give to your delegate.
  5. Click Save.

To delete a delegate:

  1. From the Delegate screen, click the checkbox to the left of the delegate you want to delete. 
  2. Click Delete
