Help Videos For Common SAP Concur Tasks and Troubleshooting

Hello everyone. There are several topics that seem to reoccur here on the Community. Some of them are covered here in the Support and FAQ section where step-by-steps are provided to help with the issue. 

However, some people prefer a visual walkthrough to see how they can resolve their issue/question. We now have a series of Help videos that cover some of the most common topics mentioned by users when working in SAP Concur products. 

These videos are posted on the SAP Concur YouTube channel under the Playlist name: Kevin's Corner. 

Below are the topics that have been covered so far:

Lastly, if you are a site administrator many of these videos would be good to post in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page. These might help reduce the amount of phone calls and emails you deal with where users are looking for help.
