The simple answer to this question is...yes. With some of our customers having large numbers of employees, it would be quite tedious if every profile was created manually and if changes to profiles could only be made one profile at a time.
We have several different import files to help our customers. These can be found in our technical deployment toolkit which can be downloaded here: Technical Deployment Toolkit
Once you have downloaded the Technical Deployment Toolkit zip file and have extracted it, the Employee Import Templates can be found in the Headers and other tools folder. The name of the file is Header - Employee import.xlsx.
For creating or mass updating profiles, you will use one of our Employee Import Templates. The Excel spreadsheet contains several tabs, each with its own template. The various templates have specific uses, such as; creating user profiles, assigning company credit cards, setting up authorized approvers, setting up cost object approvers, assigning delegates, and much more.
