How to Set up your Report for Bursting

Did you know you can run a report once, and send specific subset of data to many different recipients?

Using bursting can save you or you team hours worth of time by taking 1 report and having it distribute to different recipients based on the criteria you give it. You can have have 1 accrual report sent to 50 employees for just their data without having to filter and send it yourself, who knew?

I am bursting a report to send to managers when their staff are past due. I want to send the manager 1 email for each employee.  So that is simple enough and I figured that part out.  

What I want to do is include the employee's name in the subject line of the email.  Is that possible?  Can I include report components in the email message?

Hello,

I've created a report with the information needed for Corporate Accounting and Finance. We are looking to eventually pull automatically but for now, we are pulling daily. Our IT needs the Key index on the report which is the unique index for a one to one import. Where would I find that  in the data folder to insert into my report?
