Q1 2024 New Concur Travel Recap
Many new and exciting things have rolled out in the new Concur Travel in this first quarter.
We’ve compiled a list of the latest updates:
- Upgraded integration of UK Rail with Trainline: All existing customers that have Trainline UK content enabled were upgraded to the new rail booking experience, with no major issues reported. This new experience has also recently been made available to all net new Concur T&E or Concur Travel only customers.
- End-to-end enhancements to the air, hotel and car rental booking experience for qualifying customers using Sabre GDS with Canada, Mexico, UK and Ireland points of sale.
- Integration with Concur Request (Book then Approve) functionality to provide an automated request-and-approval process. Available for desktop only (mobile planned for Q2).
- Deep link URL for Air: New integration option enabling customers and partners to lead users directly to search results in Concur Travel by forwarding the search criteria in a URL, when booking a flight.
- Renfe's booking experience was updated to match the recent enhancements made to the UK rail integration via Trainline, aiming to provide a consistent experience across different rail suppliers within Concur Travel.
