User Support Desk Hours and Language Support by Region
SAP Concur User Support Desk is a paid service and not available to all of our customers. To check if your company has the User Support Desk service:
1. Sign in to your SAP Concur profile.
2. Click the ? icon near the upper-right corner.
3. Look for an option labeled "User Support Desk" from the drop-down menu.
