We are looking to use Concur to reimburse our "non staff" speakers for their travel. Would we be able to set them up as a non staff and let them submit expenses?

@DeeLee78 let me ask you a question...will these non-staff speakers be submitting expenses regularly or will it be a one-off for these speakers? 

 

Once I know this I can better answer your question. Well, I should have started by saying, technically, you can add them. However, once I hear your answer to my question, I will provide my thoughts on whether you should add them or not. 🙂
