reassigning employee to another company

Recently one of our associates came to the US from Japan, his Concur account is set to our parent company but he needs to be set up with our US branch. How can we do this? I do not see a field where I can change the company his Concur account belongs to.

@JCKasai Hello there. A couple of things: 1. At the top of the screen where you see two little radio buttons. One is to search using Travel profile information and the other for Expense. In your screenshot, you have Travel selected. I would suggest ticking the Expense radio button, then do a search. Once the result comes up showing the user, click their name in the search results to pull up their profile. Once their profile comes up, you should be able to see the fields you need to update. You will need to scroll to the bottom of the screen to see them.

Let me know if this works. If not, let me know that as well.

Thank you,
Kevin

Hi @KevinD

Thank you for your swift reply.

I tried your recommendation, but the search produced no result.

@JCKasai is the user a Travel user only? That's usually what it means when they don't appear using the Expense Advanced Filters option.

@KevinD I am not sure, is there a way I can find that out? or is it necessary to ask the user?

@JCKasai just do the search that you did in your first screenshot. Once the name appears, click the name. At the top of the user profile, you'll see some checkboxes. If the Travel Wizard User is the only box checked, you'll have your answer. 🙂

@KevinD got it. He is not showing on either search (Travel or Expense)

@JCKasai okay, next thing to try is look for the field that says Active. Change this to All. The profile might have been deactivated.

If that doesn't work, you might not be searching for the correct company email address.

@KevinD Already did that in both searches. I am using the only company email he has active, as far as I know.

@JCKasai if you could send me a private message with the email address you are trying, I can try and search.

Have you tried searching by the user's name? I would try entering their last name and then change the criteria to Last Name (exact match). See if that helps.

Thank you,
