new error when creating a new report this month

Dear Concur Community,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to create a new report this month as the usual for every month for my mileage. I received the following error message: "On-line system available only for credit card holders."

I would like to clarify that my credit card information is current and correctly updated in my profile. The only change I have made recently is updating my login password. I am not sure why I am receiving this error message. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

@hamieh1980 From what I see in your site, employees are designated with a Corporate Card Type. I see your profile is set to Corporate Card Type = "N". I don't know what this means exactly. From the Audit Rule I saw, it appears only employees designated with Corporate Card Type "P" are allowed to submit reports currently.

 

I know you have a card on your travel profile, but this is for booking travel. I looked on the Expense side of things to see if this card was assigned to you in the site for Concur Expense, but I didn't see that it was.

 

I would suggest speaking with your direct manager as they should know what is going on currently with your site.
