CONCUR REQUEST FOR TRAVELING REMOVING CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FIELDS

Hi, I am having trouble how to remove conditional approval fields in Request ( I removed persons just fields needs to be removed)

@Emilija Did you try removing the Conditional Approval Level 4 and Level 5 from your workflow? You should be able to go to the workflow, select the step, then use the Remove button. Give that a try. I'm guessing if you don't want to see these fields, you no longer need these two approvals, is that correct?

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your message and your support.

I resolved the issue by removing the affected Business Unit from the Audit Rule. Several other Business Units were included in that rule, but by removing the one impacted by the change, I was able to resolve the customer's issue.

Your advice and assistance are greatly appreciated, and I will certainly refer to them when needed in the future.
