how do I get rid of duplicate expenses?
it asks to separate them.

@d548467 those two items appear to be for the same transaction. I recommend selecting both items, then using the combine button to merge them into one entry. See my screenshot.

Hi Kevin, good evening.

 

Where can I get this form to submit my expenses?

@yvetteachu the site for submitting expenses is: www.concursolutions.com. You will need a separate profile (username and password) to access this site. The profile should have been set up for you by your employer. My suggestion is to speak with your direct manager as they should already be set up and should be able to help you get a profile if you do not have one or if you do have one, they can help you get signed in.
