account made inactive despite using concur in June

Hello my account for my work has been made inactive despite using it this june for work? There is no info on who to call, or contact to fix this.

@nicolealex22 I just looked up your account and it is still active. 

 

Did you receive a message when you tried to sign in recently? If so, can you try and sign in again and screenshot the message so I can see it, please?
