accident report

The wrong credit card was used on a expense. I was told to create an accident report. How do I do that?

@jd49er I am not sure what an accident report is.  I would clarify what this is with whoever told you do create the report.  You can also reach out to your SAP Concur Admin as well.  I will send you a private message with your admin contact info.

I have a question. My line mgr accidentally used a GCC of an employee who turned her card in before she retired. My line mgr accidentally used the card after putting it in her wallet. What should she do in this instance in resolving the charge on the retiree's GCC?
