What's New with Concur Travel

I feel like Concur makes updates, and I'm not getting information in a timely manner. Like today, an update happened and all the things in the top drop down are now on the side of the screen.  I understand all functions work the same but just looks a little different.

 

It would be nice to get ahead of these changes so I can notify my team or send a communication to the university of upcoming changes.  

 

Can you share with me any websites, etc. that will notify me ahead of time of any Concur new UI changes?

The Release Notes are posted here (check them monthly based on the release calendar in the Reference section): https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CONCUR

@AnnBlissitt what @jvita is spot on. We don't usually send out mass emails for UI updates as we post these in the Release Notes. Also, there was a WalkMe pop-up message that displayed to users that mentioned the changes were coming. 

 

If you are a site admin at your organization, I would recommend requesting to join the admin group here on the Community. We have a link to the Release Notes so that you can easily access them to keep up to date. 

 

Keep in mind, to be admitted to the Admin Group, I do check to see if you are an Authorized Support Contact or that you have site admin permissions. That would be anything like Employee Administrator, Expense Configuration Administrator (restricted), Shared Configuration Administrator (restricted), etc.
