User's laptop reboots the mement they login to Concur (SSO)

Dear all,

 

Have anyone come across scenario where Cncur user's laptop gets re-booted as soon as their browser land on Concur homepage. We are using professional edition. We tries all troubleshooting steps like deleting cache memory, trying throguh alternate browser like firefox, chrome, safari etc. We also confirmed that user is not logging through VPN. We are using S/4 Pvt cloud edition 2020 version as the background ERP system.

 

Any suggestions to fix this, are welcomed. Kindly let me know.

@subali I've been at SAP Concur for nearly 17 years and I've never heard of this happening. Have you checked with your IT department? I'm asking some people on our Authentication team, but I doubt they have come across this issue.

@subali me again...what type of laptop is this person using? Is it a Mac or some other type? Also, is the reboot happening when the user lands on any other web page?

Hi Kevin - The user is facing this issue in both Mobile app as well as in web version. User is facing only while logging into Concur homepage. We have escalated this with SAP Concur select care team. Thanks for your response.
