Dear all,
Have anyone come across scenario where Cncur user's laptop gets re-booted as soon as their browser land on Concur homepage. We are using professional edition. We tries all troubleshooting steps like deleting cache memory, trying throguh alternate browser like firefox, chrome, safari etc. We also confirmed that user is not logging through VPN. We are using S/4 Pvt cloud edition 2020 version as the background ERP system.
Any suggestions to fix this, are welcomed. Kindly let me know.
