Unable to comment on personal mileage

Hi there, 

I am trying to submit my report for the month but receive a 'Please enter a comment for this expense entry' error that prevents me from submitting the report. There is no comment box on my laptop or mobile device. How do I submit a comment with this entry? Thanks in advance! 🙂

Hi @ryl ,

This must be configuration issue. You can reach out to your company's Concur Administrator and ask them whether for Personal car mileage expense type, comment field is hidden for user? probably answer could be the yes.

If it is hidden for user then you can ask them to make it visible and modifiable to the user so that user will be able to enter a comment if needed.

Alternatively, if comment is really not required for personal car mileage expense type then it can also be excluded from an audit rule, so that error message will not appear for personal car mileage expense type.
