Hi I am really stuck here hoping getting support on this platform

I am getting this error msg

We encountered an error processing your request. If the issue persists, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk with correlation_id 7f7fdede3cf3b185562c087ef48fed9b for additional help.

Tried to call my IT support and they said they dont support SAP Concur, and was told to create a ticket request but still not resolved

I have a credit card charge on my coporate card and i CANNOT file an expense report!!!

@candacechu try the following:

1. Clear your browser's cache, restart the browser then try again.

2. Try signing in with a different browser.

Give those a try then let us know if it worked or not. We'll be here all day. 🙂
