Two-Factor Authentication - Endless Loop

Is it by design that to request "Sign-In Help" initiates a process that should then generate a 2-D barcode for setting up Two-Factor Authentication....   yet the link provided in the e-mail takes you to a screen where you have to log-in using Two-Factor Authentication?   How do I get a barcode with which to configure 2FA outside of a process that requires 2FA?

@Isaiah25 we launched a new option yesterday that doesn't require two-factor authentication to sign in. If you go to: www.concursolutions.com and enter your username then click Next, you will see two options for signing in. One option is to sign in via email. This will send you an email with a link to sign in. Much faster and easier than setting up two-factor. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Yes, KevinD.   It worked just as well as it ever has. Not sure why it became complicated, but whatever you did worked.  Thank you very much.
