Password reset problems

When I access the SAP Concur homepage from my company's intranet, I never have to enter my password.  When I need to connect to SAP Concur from my iPhone, I have to use a password. I clicked the reset password link, but I never received the email.

 

So, after connecting from my company's intranet. I tried set/reset my password, but it didn't work even though I use the suggested password guidance. The error message I receive back from the tool is that my password isn't long enough.

Secondly, if you don't enter a password when accessing from your company's intranet, then you are using Single Sign On. This means you should be able to use a provide Single Sign On code for the mobile app. When you sign in to Concur for the web, click your initials in the upper right. Select Profile Settings. When the profile settings screen comes up, on the left side of the screen, under Other Settings select Concur Mobile Registration. On this screen you should see your company's mobile Single Sign On code. Next, open the mobile app. Enter the Single Sign On code then click Next. This should take you to your company's network sign in page.

 

Give that a try and let me know what happens.
