Stuck in Canada

Howdy,

 

I am new to Concur and just got an account set up. I in the USA and when I try doing an expense report, everything comes up CAD. I have to do the USD conversion on every expense. I also tried going into the Bank Information sectoin to put in my information and the only option is Canada. It looks like my account is set up as if it's in Canada only. Does anyone know how to change everything in my account to USA based? Is this something a corporate administraotr has to do?

I would contact your Administrator.  There is a section where they originally set you up in the system that asks for the Country / Region of Residence.  My guess is your Administrator just needs to change / correct this field.
