Solved: Concur Support unavailable

Concur support has been down all week - I already cleared cache and cookies, but it didn´t help.

Is anyone currently experiencing the same issue?

Are there any updates, when the service will be available again?

@melanieG - I have had no issues. As a matter of fact, I opened a case with them day before yesterday and was conversing via the case yesterday without issue.

Hi Kevin, yes the problem is solved.
I´ve asked a colleague to contact the support on my behalf and they were able to fix it.
