Trying to access Concur via “Sign in with email link” I get the link to my email but every time I click it I get the error “Sorry, something went wrong.” How can I proceed without opting into 2FA?

I have tried several times to log in, but have never been successful with this method.
My email is associated with multiple users and in different entities, but in no case does it work.

I think your email should only be in one user.
On some occasions I have had the same email for several users, and for example when requesting to recover my password in Concur I did not receive any email.
