Small Business Owner BEWARE!

If you are a small business like ours, BEWARE! We are having financial difficulties and I wanted to discontinue our account until we got back on our feet. However, SAP Concur will continue to withdraw the monthly payments for a full 3 additional months. Incredibly greedy! And by the way, they make you send in a form to cancel the account in the first place. Stay away from this company!

@jdefant were you not informed about any amount of minimum time needed to disconnect?

As for the form, I believe that is for record keeping purposes and to ensure we get a formal written request for the cancelation.
