Profile Options - Title Required in Personal Info but not on photo ID

Did something change in the profile settings that it is now requiring a title before name and is there a way to change this? The problem with this being required is that my photo ID does not include title (Ms.) and this will cause travel issues if my ticket displays the title. My company's concur admin is unable to help.
